Bauladu, sea, hills and mountains

On the SS 131 Bauladu is located 15 minutes from Oristano, 20 minutes from a range of beautiful beaches, 60 from Ca and SS, 45 from Nu, 90 from Alghero. Giovanni Sinis, Maimoni, the natural oasis of Seu, Is Arutas, Mari Ermi, Porto Suedda, S'arena Scoada, Putzu Idu and many others, as well as the Is Arenas Golf Club, archaeological sites of considerable interest such as Tharros, Cornus, nuraghi, villages and nuragic springs, pre-nuragic tombs, sacred wells and the giants of Monti Prama visible in the Cabras museum. 
The portion of the house that I make available consists of a living area including a kitchen, a living room, air conditioning, equipped with mosquito nets and blackout curtains in all the fixtures, located in a separate body in the courtyard where there is also an outdoor shower with hot water, a barbecue and a gazebo. It is equipped with dishes and linen, a kitchen with an electric oven, microwave and wood-burning stove, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, intercom in the living/sleeping area and wireless internet. Safety devices include a first aid kit, a safe for each room, a security card, and two fire extinguishers. The sleeping area includes the entire upper floor of the house with three bedrooms with an attached bathroom. Two bedrooms with a double bed and one with a double bed and two single beds, a total of eight beds that can become ten with additional beds. All with an independent entrance from the rest of the main house, only the garden with the barbecue and the garage are shared. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection, each room is equipped with a safe.
 The house rules are those dictated by good manners and good taste, consumption is included except for electricity, which is counted with a dedicated meter at the KWh cost taken from the last bill received. Pets are allowed and there is no smoking ban. What do I offer?

It is my intention, as soon as possible, to prepare short itineraries for tourist, environmental and archaeological excursions (on foot, by bicycle, motorcycle, car and horse) in sites located nearby and not included in conventional tours.
