This spacious holiday house has a 160 m2 of living space and it is situated on a 15 000 m2 big private property surrounded by an oak forest. We are located in a small village Poljica, only 8 km from the historical city Zadar, and 1.5 km from the beach. The house consists of two separate, fully equipped apartments. Each of them has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a bathroom. The house is spacious, bright and modernly furnished. Outside space consists of a big garden with an outside grill and children's playground, a big heated pool, outdoor shower, sundeck and a furnished terrace with a garden view. Our house is a perfect choice for a group of friends or a big family reunion. Dalmatian konoba (tavern) with an open fireplace and dart is also at your disposal. The house is for rent as a unit, so the guests have the access to all parts of the property. We are on your disposal all the time, but we do not share the space with our guests. We are situated in a small and quiet village of Poljica, in Zadar county. The village has about 450 inhabitants, mostly engaged in agriculture, and since recently with tourism. The village is surrounded by oak woods, where in the spring you can enjoy the picking of asparagus or mushrooms as well as other wild edible fruit. The majority of the population is also involved in sheep breeding, so do't be surprised if you see the flock steeply crossing the street, searching for a fresh grass. Wild rabbits or pheasants are common guests on our property, and you can see them walking around in the garden early in the morning, or late in the evening. All in all, we offer you a holiday in harmony and close contact with nature, while enjoying all the benefits of modern life in our beautiful villa!
