In the bedroom there is a king size wardrobe bed, air conditioning, a TV with ground floor and satellite acceptor, two nightstands. The front door to the room leads to a small balcony overlooking. In the living room-kitchen you will find a kitchenette, cabinets, a large table with chairs, a refrigerator, a couch and a sofa bed. The house's yard is very large and is used exclusively by the guests of the house. It has a splendid view over the Ionian Sea and the villages of Exanthia and Kalamitsi. Because the view is to the west you can enjoy great sunsets. The house is stand-alone with a separate entrance. You can leave your car in our large private parking lot.
