Family cottage for 3 guests

The gîte is a detached house measuring 65 m2 on 2 levels. It is located on our property. It is equipped to accommodate 3 people, plus a baby (free equipment on request). The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms, one on the first floor with a double bed and one on the ground floor with a single bed, a kitchenette, a lounge, separate WC, a shower room and a terrace overlooking the garden. Bed linen and towels are provided. (except for umbrella bed) The space The gîte is a detached house measuring 65 m² on 2 levels. It is located on our property. It is equipped to accommodate 3 people, plus a baby (free equipment on request). The ground floor consists of a living room and kitchen area: The kitchen area includes all the necessary equipment: multifunction microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and all crockery and cooking accessories for 3 people. The lounge area is equipped with a TV, coffee table, sofa, table and 4 chairs, so you can enjoy your meals indoors. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a 90cm single bed, Shower room with Italian shower, heated towel rail, separate WC. Heating: electric radiators. The first floor has been converted into a sleeping area with 1 double bed (160 cm). The bedroom has a wardrobe and a desk with a chair and armchair. Sheets and towels are provided in each bedroom. On request, we can provide baby equipment: cot (sheets not provided) and booster seat. Outside the gîte, you can sit out on the terrace to enjoy the sunny days. It is equipped with garden furniture for 4 people and deckchairs.
