Beautiful home across from water

At the end of the road in a community called Patchauge shores. This 3 bedroom 2 bath with a chefs kitchen is a prefect get away. Beautiful bay windows and large double lot with lots of room to play outside with views of the water. Community playground as well as the beach for swimming only a few houses down the road. Very safe for kids. Swing in the backyard, outdoor shower for hot days after the beach and a BBQ grill and a fire pit for s’mores! The space 1,900 square ft. home. 3 bedrooms. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds/trundle. 2 bathrooms with heated ceiling fans. wood floors. chef kitchen. large back yard. Absolutely no parties Or large gatherings. This is a quite residential neighborhood and it cannot accommodate high foot traffic. Guest access The whole house and back yard.. the small guest house on the property and garage is not part of the rental. ***No more than 4 cars parked in the driveway per rental period. Please be cautious not to run over neighbors lawns when pulling out of the driveway. Other things to note Great restaurants in town on Main Street. Less than 10minutes from the house. Great coffee shop "Roast". Go to "Toast" for breakfast or lunch but get the early the wait gets very long. Small health food store in town has great food juices and smoothies. For Japanese the hibachi is our favorite or "locale" for Italian food. "swell taco" for tacos, 'Rhum" for Caribbean food that also sometimes has live music and outdoor seating, "Gallo" for great casual Spanish food and a bunch of other places. Garbage can be put out Sunday and wednesday nights on the front lawn near the telephone pole. Please put your garbage out before checking out. Make sure it’s tightly packed with the lids on or raccoons will rip open the bags. Sheets and towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner and soap also provided. Blow dryer and hair straightener Coffee/tea and small condiments are provided such as oil, sugar, honey,salt and pepper. There’s 4 tennis rackets and yoga mats for your use. Lots of great dvd movies for your enjoyment by the tv. **If you should check in after 8 pm and there is a problem I will not be responsible. If I am available of course I will do anything I can to help but If I’m not, then the situation must be resolved the following day. And I will not refund your trip if I am not given proper time to help resolve the issue first.
