The space The two rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests: a double bedroom with an extra single bed that also acts as a sofa, and a private bathroom. The second room is equipped with a comfortable single bed, and the second bathroom has a bathtub. The living area is rich in natural light thanks to the large windows and perfectly organized with a double sofa, a bookcase, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The large window door overlooks the outdoor terrace from which you can enjoy city views. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, with simple and linear blocks that focus on modern design for both finish and color – an ideal ally for delicious dinners, perhaps with a home chef! Guest access Located on the second floor without an elevator. There is one assigned parking space. Guests have reported that it is not suitable for a large car (the parking spot is big, but the road leading to it is narrow). It is also possible to park on the street around the building. Other things to note In this property, pets are not allowed. Baby beds are available at an extra cost. Extra cleaning and linen are available at an additional cost.
