The space The agriturismo takes its name from Duke Federico da Montefeltro's old water mill of 1500, of which our great-grandfather was the last miller at the end of the last century. The structure, now disused and swept away by nature, was part of a series of five windmills lining the stream. To date, the Duke's remains the only tangible testament to this ancient tradition of the area. The cottage becomes part of the family farm that has always cultivated its hectares with sunflowers, wheat, alfalfa, oatmeal and anythingelse in the park of the Cesane mountains. It is on a hill of these landscapes, between hiking trails and the bike park, which stands the stone farmhouse, not far from the Renaissance town of Urbino. The property is recently renovated, tastefully and simply furnished. You will find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday: a large living room where you can gather guests in front of the fireplace in winter evenings or on the veranda where you can enjoy a good wine in front of a beautiful sunset in the summer ones. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are available, one with laundry. Two double rooms and a single with a comfortable one-and-a-half-square bed. There is the possibility to accommodate two extra people taking advantage of the large sofa bed in the living room at the price of 15 euros per night per person. Kitchen is modern and fully equipped, outside there is a barbecue on the veranda next to comfortable wooden living room where you can enjoy a good book. Outside the property enjoys its uncovered parking and a large garden that accompanies the hill. Guest access Of the house shown in the photo, the entire ground floor is at the guest service. You get to the cottage via a white private road. The property can only be reached by private means. There is one small step to enter and one step before bathing.
