The space On a quiet country road, tucked away behind a small fence is this charming country home. The house is positioned to take in the view of the beautiful country side and is also close to the beautiful beaches of Sandy Point, Waratah Bay and Wilsons Promontory. The house has timber floors in the living area, carpets in the bedrooms and a large deck area, with ample room for entertaining or simply relaxing and taking in the spectacular views. There are four bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms have queen sized beds, one with an Ensuite. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a set of single bunks, the fourth bedroom has a set of single bunks and a single bed. Linen provided, just bring your beach towels. All guests at Mataluka are welcome to use any firewood that is in the wood box on the front verandah. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave and a coffee machine. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. The light filled living-room has a very comfortable lounge that wraps around a wood heater. the living area also features a large TV, DVD player and an air conditioner. There is a very large deck which is ideal for enjoying the summer afternoons and evenings. There is ample seating on all decks and a picnic table at the front of the property. Step off the deck into a lovely garden with plenty of seating and enjoy the peace and quiet. This property is Not Pet Friendly, due to the close proximity to farm animals. Other things to note Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control. This property is on tank water and septic systems.
