Located in a nice safe usually quiet, upscale neighborhood. Bright, spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath level entry garden suite. Bedroom with queen bed, double pull-out sofa bed which can be used for a third guest with prior notice. There is a $20/night, for an extra guest & the use of the sofa-bed. Linen/towels provided. Kitchen is complete with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, kettle etc. Private parking. No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property. The space Private, spacious one bedroom, one bathroom level entry garden suite, recently built. The bedroom has a queen bed. Linen and towels are provided. A small computer desk in the room allows you to stay in contact with your family and friends. The kitchen is complete with a full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, small dishwasher and ample cupboard and drawer space. The kitchen contains everything you will need - pots, utensils, dishes, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The suite has a comfortable and cozy living space furnished with a double sofa-bed, chair, TV and stereo and a small table for dining. (There is a $20/night for use of the sofa bed). The spacious bathroom has a deep soaker tub and a washer/dryer for the suite. The suite has it’s own private patio adjacent to a garden with hummingbirds and various song birds. The off street parking spot is right by the suite. We provide coffee, tea and milk along with a small assortment of fruit and breakfast supplies to get you going the first morning. No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property. Guest access Private suite with separate entrance, patio and off street parking steps from suite door. Other things to note The sofa in the living room is a double pull-out. With prior notice, it can serve for additional sleeping accommodation if required for a child, a third guest or if two guest travelling together need separate beds. There is $20/night charge for the use of the sofa bed and it comes with the bed linens and towels. Please note our special pricing for longer stays.
