The accommodation is for exclusive use, developed on two floors plus a loft, consisting of a kitchen, two bedrooms, two shared living rooms, one with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and a private garden. The space Area of absolute privacy and tranquility. IMPORTANT: the last piece of private road to get to the property is dirt. In winter, we recommend that you have suitable tires (winter or snow chains). Large private garden totally fenced, except for two tiny openings (slightly raised net) required by law to allow forest animals (beavers-foxes) to leave the garden in case of accidental entry; uncovered indoor parking, porch with outdoor benches for outdoor summer lunches/dinners, swinging hammock, sun lounger, on-site BBQ (charcoal not included). A washing machine, clothes hanger, clothes pegs, detergents for any needs (dishwashing, house cleaning, washing machine detergent), dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, towels, wipes, hairdryer, coffee maker, moka, oven, microwave, TV, kitchen with normal gas are provided. No dishwasher. Upon arrival, you will find the beds ready with clean linens, a set of towels for each guest, including a shower towel. LIGHTING THE FIREPLACE IS PROHIBITED, LIGHTING THE WOOD STOVE IS PERMITTED; in the winter months it will be found lit by guests at check-in, and complimentary wood will be provided for a few lightings. The rest must be purchased personally by the guest from the person indicated at the property. YOU ARE OBLIGED TO ONLY PUT WOOD IN THE STOVE AND NOT TO BURN ANYTHING ELSE!
