This large holiday villa is located on a hill in the southeast of Palma and offers a fantastic view of the island's capital and the bay of Palma. All bedrooms are double, four of them are equipped with large beds of 180x200m, the mattresses are 26cm high with a topper on top that gives it an extra comfort. A single room with two separate beds of 90x200 three rooms have a desk table to work with. We have a room with an attached bathroom with a separate entrance. The villa has a large 10x4m pool with a jacuzzi area, in the pool area we have a pool bar with bar, stools and a magnificent gas barbecue, the ideal place to have a good time cooking. In the pool bar there is electricity and water outlet, a box with floats and pool accessories. we have a Balinese bed for the enjoyment of our guests. We have 2 outdoor table areas to gather 10 guests one in the shade and the other to enjoy the stars at night. Also a couch area for relaxing and chatting. 2 toilet towels are provided for each guest, one for the pool and one for the shower. We have a special offer to golfers and cyclists to access the basement to facilitate the accommodation of their equipment at NO additional cost. - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include free of charge all consumption of running water, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal meters, accessible and checkable by the customer. The price of the additional consumption is €0.50/kWh. The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of €2.20 per person and per night of stay (10% VAT included). Those under the age of 16 don't pay this tax.
