5 minutes from the forest, lake and river at Fosse Arthour, 2 bdr cottage for people who love nature and animals on a horse farm Normandy. Open garden, patio and parking spot next to the house. The house needs to be cleaned before check-out (otherwise I will charge 50€ cleaning fee)2dogs can come with you here, they need to be mentioned upon booking and be kept on a leash on the property. 4 dogs live in the mainhouse, 5 horses,ducks,goats, Jerry the farmcat Wifi, Netflix Guest access The farm is situated far outside the village and is very secluded. The parking spot is in front of the house Other things to note New: internet is now via fibre and therefor reliable and faster The cottage is part of a small horse farm, we are always busy working on things, improving the farm. Quiet hours: 22.00-7.00 The house has to be cleaned before check-out. Otherwise I will charge a cleaning fee according to time required Not more than 2 animals are allowed to accompany you and dogs have to be kept on a leash on the property for the safety of our animals. Dog poop must me collected. Dogs are not allowed on the beds and you need to bring covers for the couch if they will go on the couch.
