Guest access Guest have access to all spaces of the cottage and the outdoor space and garden witch is in front of the cottage.  There is an open air private parking available for our guests on site. Other things to note Situated on the south east coast, Makrygialos,is only 35km from the airport of Sitia & 120km from the airport of Heraklion. There are very dissent, air-conditioned public buses coming from all destinations.. Sitia, Ierapetra and Heraklion.  The village of Makrigialos indeed does offer anything that you might need, but we do recommend that you rent a car so you can explore the  surroundings.    The island of Crete is simply beautiful and it is worth exploring it. Driving is easy and prices of car hire are very reasonable. I give my guests space but am available when needed Most of the time during the year I am away from Makrigialos. I always leave someone behind on our behalf, to welcome our guests and make sure they settled in, and are happy during there stay. I am "always" available to assist and answer all your questions before and during your stay.
