House located in the center of San Cosme de Barreiros 3 km. from the beach. Recently remodeled, it has large gardens, snacks and barbecue. On the rooftop, there's an expansive terrace with stunning views of the estuary, neighboring village of Foz, and beach area. It has a large parking area both inside and outside the plot. The space Quiet and cozy place to enjoy wonderful days of rest. Its location in the center of the village allows you to walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The house has a ground floor with kitchen, dining room, living room and a single room. The laundry room and bathroom on this floor are in an outdoor annex with a covered step. On the first floor there is a full bathroom with tub, two single rooms and two bedrooms with double bed. On the lower deck there is a room with a double bed and another single bed. The terrace entrance is here. Guest access It is exclusively for travelers of large gardens, snacks, barbecue, living room with washing machine, dryer and ironing table. We have a mountain bike for guest use.
