Welcome to Valley Boulevard Apartments! The pivate driveway takes you back to an old remodeled school house that had been turned into apartments years ago. 2 years and extensive remodeling has brought the place back to life! Currently 4 apartments are available for rent, and they are spread out enough to give privacy to each guest! Each guest has their own outside entry way, meaning no shared hallways and such. The laundry being the only shared amenity so dont be shy! The space This is a private, secluded apartment complex with only 4 apartments currently in operation. Large scale remodeling has been done over the last 2 years to make this a desirable location for those who wanna roll in and have a comfortable place to stay! There are other tenants, and there has been a small amount of construction going on in other areas of the building, however noone has ever complained about noise! It's usually me, the owner, working around there so my tenants needs are first! You can find my wife or myself up there at various times checking in and making sure everything is top notch! Guest access The laundry is located in door 9, which is the located down the steps by the dumpster. Other things to note There is a small tavern/restaurant within walking distance as well as a local pizza joint and a convient store with yummy house made sandwiches and a deli inside!
