All necessary household appliances are available: washing machine, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, air conditioner, water heater, hair dryer, iron, TV, ironing board. The windows have mosquito nets and protection. Kitchen utensils and dishes are available for cooking. As well as vegetable oil, sugar, salt, spices and tea. For personal hygiene, there are cosmetics and toilet paper. Two towels are provided for each guest. As well as detergents and laundry detergent. After the guests leave, all rooms are thoroughly cleaned with wet cleaning. The apartment has fast Wi-Fi And of course, the main feature is the park on the 23rd floor of the house with beautiful views of the historical center of Kazan and the city. The nearest stop from the house is Alexander Popov Street - 5 minutes on foot. The train also stops within a walking distance. A 5-minute walk from Druzhba street there is a SPAR grocery supermarket. You can also buy ready-made meals there (very tasty). And a good dining room with reasonable prices. Other things to note Smoking, noisy events, and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Since I am the owner of the apartment and do not have a staff of maids and laundresses. I will be grateful if you wash the dishes and take out the garbage. We have separate garbage collection.
