Quiet, nature, authenticity: everything comes together for a peaceful stay for couples, families or groups of friends. Two independent houses, swimming pool, horses, birds, dogs and cats. We live there and will be happy to welcome you with simplicity and kindness. See you soon! The space This spacious cottage is perfect for stays for families or groups of friends. It can accommodate 7 to 11 people, including 4 in extra beds (sofa beds). Located in a peaceful and wooded setting, it combines modern comfort, nature and quality amenities. 🛏️ Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 cm), one of which is also equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm) - 1 large bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm) Bathroom with integrated toilet 🍽️ On the ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, classic coffee machine and Dolce Gusto) - Living room with dining area - Direct access to a large private terrace with garden furniture - Free fitness area - Private wellness 🧖‍♀️ area: A spa and sauna are reserved exclusively for the occupants of this cottage, → available only by reservation and subject to availability → Price: €20/hour Outdoor and leisure🌿 areas: Private wooded garden Private Bathtrain Independent entrance, quiet environment 🧺 Important Things to note: Bed linen and towels are not provided (rental possible on request) No pets are allowed, as the property is shared with our own pets Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire large cottage, including: - All interior rooms (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom) - The private terrace adjoining the accommodation - The private garden dedicated to this cottage - Private petanque court - Fitness area, freely accessible and free of charge - 🧖‍♀️ The hot tub and sauna are reserved exclusively for the occupants of this cottage, but are not self-managed. They are only accessible by prior reservation and subject to availability, under the supervision of the hosts. Price: €20/hour 🚪 The entrance is completely independent, without facing the other cottage. No interior space is shared with other guests. We live on site in a separate house and remain available if necessary, in complete discretion.
