Large stone family house, mixing modernity and tradition, which gives it its charm. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. Located at an altitude of 650 m in the northwest of the Puy-de-Dôme department, in an area where agriculture has preserved the wooded countryside. It will allow you to discover the countryside through beautiful walks or mountain biking, to swim in ponds or rivers, to taste the Auvergne gastronomy... The space The house has all the amenities of a modern house while retaining its origins. On the ground floor you will find a modern equipped kitchen open to the dining area, a bathroom with toilet, and a large living room equipped with a flat-screen TV. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. The house is also equipped for a baby, with bed, high chair, bathtub. Heating consists of electric radiators and wood stoves, consumption is included and I provide the wood. The cleaning fee includes the loan of sheets for all beds and towels. To avoid a surcharge, when you check out please tidy the kitchen area: • Empty the fridge/freezer, all garbage cans and the barbecue. • Clean the kitchen area. • All dishes and small appliances must be left clean and tidy as on the day of your arrival. • Remove the linens • Replace furniture when you have changed its layout. Outside, it is equipped with a garden table, barbecue, deckchairs as well as a ping pong table and a foosball table installed under shelter. Guest access Easy access from the main highways A71, A89, A75, then allow about 35 minutes of departmental roads to the hamlet.
