We are pleased to offer our guests an entire ground floor apartment with its own independent entrance and access to, 1500 sqm of garden space. Private above-ground swimming pool (length 5 m, width 3.5 m, depth 1.2 m). The entire Chalet is immersed in 4000 sqm park surroundings on hilly terrain overlooking the sea. The space My accommodation is ideal for couples, families (with children), large groups and hairy friends (pets) The chalet was completely renovated and upgraded to a villa in November 2016. The ground floor apartment of about 75 sqm is equipped with a spacious kitchen table for up to 10 people, a large bedroom, bathroom with shower and laundry and a living area with sofa bed. Access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom, so the apartment is recommended for families or friends. For large groups and on request, we can expand the apartment up to 130 sqm, providing additional spaces and a second bathroom with only toilet and washbasin (no shower). Extra beds and infant cots are available on request. The ancient walls with their 80 cm thickness assure comfortable fresh indoor temperatures in summer without the need for air conditioning. The apartment grounds include a fenced 1500 sqm garden with swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbeque, deck chairs, outdoor terrace with sea view, bicycle cleaning area and private parking. Other things to note The hilly surroundings are great for biking, both for road and mountain bike enthusiasts. On request, our friends Luca (road cyclist) and Lele (mountain biker) can accompany you in excursions over beautiful scenic itineraries in the area. A bicycle storage facility is available upon request. The sea and the Romagna Riviera nightlife are only 20 minutes’ drive away, The large garden ensures maximum privacy.
