The historic Palazzo dei Ulivi was built in 1685. We have converted 5 studios with kitchen and 3 rooms. 3 studios with about 30 m² and a suite with kitchen 100 m² The 3 rooms are 22-28 m². The park is about 1000 m². It also has 1 swimming pool (closed from the end of September) Barico is located between 2 lakes, one Lake Lugano and the other Lake Maggiore.
