You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, the location, peace and serenity, relaxation.. Apartment has one bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen and a large balcony. We also offer our guests free bike and ski storage in the basement of the house. Laundry service is available at one time fee. The space One bedroom with balcony: size 28 m2, sleeps 2. Small child or infant can sleep with parents. No extra bed is available in this apartment. Apartment consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be pushed apart) and wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine and a microwave. Next to the front door is the bathroom with shower and toilet. Linen, towells, kitchen towells, soap, free wifi and parking is provided. The apartment accommodates 2 people. Guest access You will be able to access the second floor of the house, private balcony and the surrounding garden. Other things to note - The apartment shall be left in a clean condition. Please take the garbage out and wash the dishes thoroughly. Kitchen is supposed to be left clean. - Towels used only for what they are primarily intended - please do not wipe the floor or other things with a towel, because it thereby destroyed. - If there has been damage to equipment, house or part of it, please inform us right away. If there is significant damage caused by the fault of the guest is required to pay damages. - Drying clothes directly on the radiator is prohibited due to fire risk. Use the rack for drying clothes and place it near the radiator. Pets are welcome in the house - at an additional cost 8€ /per pet/per night.
