In the heart of the "first coasts of Bordeaux" the Château du Grava dominates a vast vineyard . You will be seduced by the magnificent views of the surrounding hills and the tranquility of the place. Ideal for holidays with family or friends , you can alternate between swimming and various activities nearby: wakeboarding and water-skiing within 5 minutes, tennis, tree climbing, local markets and surrounding wine tours without forgetting the attractiveness of Bordeaux within 30 minutes. The space The accommodation is 8 minutes from the first shops , it is advisable to have a car. An ideal accommodation for holidays with family or friends and enjoy a quiet and green environment. (Maximum capacity 6 couples, 2 children, 2 babies). The accommodation is composed of 6 large bedrooms on the 2nd floor: A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with ensuite bathroom . A bedroom with a double bed,a single bed ,and a bathroom with en suite toilet and baby cot. One bedroom with 2 Single beds or double bed One bedroom with 2 Single beds or double bed A bedroom with a double bed, a cot and an ensuite bathroom, and separate toilet . One bedroom with double bed and shower room. on the first floor a separate toilet as well. Linen and towels are included. On the ground floor a large fully equipped kitchen, toilets, a games room home living room with TV, a large living room with TV, a large dining room and finally a huge hall of 50 m2 with lounge area and piano. Outside a garden furniture, a table for 14 , a plancha and 2 umbrellas, 12 sunbeds and sun loungers. A table tennis table , a board game cabinet for children and adults, a badminton game. An unheated pool and its deckchairs. We welcome you from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. depending on the reservations and make an inventory upon your arrival. Departures are before 10am or noon see later if no reservations after . In order to make the rental of this place permanent and following a sad experience of non-compliance with the house rules we ask for your passport or a deposit check. A caretaker is on site and we can be reached for any requests or assistance with your stay. Guest access The castle , garden and swimming pool. the castle is located on a working winery and surrounded by vineyards , there are staff who work on site but have no access to the castle . Other things to note We do not accept reservations to organize events (weddings, evenings ...). It is strictly forbidden to host more than 15 people, to organize evenings of more than 15 people, to move furniture, to degrade it, to use candles and to smoke inside, to bring people who are not part of the hosts, to bring an event provider.
