You will be sharing a our beautifully decorated yet casual feeling home. PRIVATE entrance with lock box. Two bedrooms and 1.5 baths are your private areas on one side of the house. We will share the rest of the 2400 sq ft home. Our bedroom is on the other side of the home so you will have lots of privacy. We are on a canal in a great neighborhood. We're on a canal leading out to the Homosassa River. There is a dock for parking your boat and parking for your trailer. We have kayaks with life jackets and snorkel gear for your use. A dock if you have a boat. Screened in patio if you just want to sit and relax out of the heat. Fire pit to roast marshmallows, and sit around to enjoy the evening. You can watch the manatee swim by. We even get dolphins some times. 2 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms (about 500 square feet) of a 2400 square foot home. You'll also have access to the kitchen, living room, dining rooms, laundry room. The screened in patio and the back yard and dock. We even have room in you have a boat and want to dock it. My husband and I are retired and will be living in the home. Joe grew up in Homosassa. We would be available to answer questions and socialize. If you want privacy we can do that too. You can use the kitchen only needing to bring your own main ingredients. We have 2 refrigerators and an empty shelf in the pantry for your convenience. We don't furnish any meals. Homosassa Wild Life park is about a five minute walk or kayak ride from here. Where you can view the manatee year round. During the winter you can usually see manatee and sometimes dolphin in the canal behind our home. There are birding trails just minutes from here. A vehicle is recommended as there is limited public transportation. We walk to a restaurant called Luigi's pizza which is open all day, a little over a mile from here Great for families. There are major grocery stores, drug stores, fast food and restaurants within 2 miles . The public city dock is less than 2 miles away. Great place to launch your boat.
