Each room is fully air conditioned and has WiFi facilities. Each room faces the swimming pool and has easy access to the pool. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms and the living area have enough space to work remote. Perfect for events like retreats or work vacations. Manager Dougles, who lives close to the villa, is available at the property upon your arrival and will give you the keys and introduces the accommodation. David, your co-host, will stay in touch with you to assist with any kind of amenities. Our assitance will be a phone call away. We will provide a contact number to discuss any issues during the stay. You will be located in a quiet area close to the beach (Thalpe Beach). There is also small shop where you can buy essentials. The next town (Habaraduwa), is 3 minutes TukTuk ride or 22 minutes walking away. Here you can find supermarkets, local stores and a gym. This is also the location of Koggala beach. • 2 mins walk to the closest beach. • 2 sea turtle farm & hatchery within 4 mins tuk tuk ride or 20 – 30 mins walk. • 3 mins tuk tuk ride or 22 mins walk to the Habraduwa / Koggala beaches. • 15 mins tuk tuk ride to the famous Unawatuna beach. • 22 mins tuk tuk ride to Weligama beach. • 32 mins tuk tuk ride to Mirissa beach where the centre place for whale watching. • 18 mins tuk tuk ride to the Galle Dutch Fort / Cricket Stadium Easy way to get around is to hire a Tuk Tuk. Local buses and trains are available too. We also provide contact for scooters rentals. We provide towels for the bathrooms and a basic set of soap, shampoo and conditioner. If you wish, lunch and dinner can be prepared from a chef for extra charges (up to 10 people). Dougles will be there whenever you call. Room and property cleaning will be once per week. Tuktuk driver and scooter for rent can be arranged. Also transfer from the airport.
