A simply stunning, reverse accommodation property that has successfully mixed the old with the new. A glass ceiling open plan living, dining, kitchen area with balcony and views to the garden and fields, blends with original stone features, solid oak and flag stone floors which combined with the modern heating, cooking and living areas make for a beautiful holiday destination in Cornwall. Centrally placed in the county for all areas, yet peaceful and quiet to relax. No Pets The space A two storey building with hall, utility, bedroom (comfortable kingsize bed) and en-suite bathroom with double ended bath and walk in shower on the ground floor and a beautifully designed large glass sunny living room, kitchen and balcony on the first floor (up some wide wooden open tread stairs) Dual aspect views of the garden (for your own private use) and also to the fields which may have the Donkeys in. The parking is right outside your front door and you are not overlooked from any direction. The views from our little Farm across the surrounding fam land and countryside are lovely. Guest access Our guests will have the entire property to themselves, we live next door, but all entrances, parking and gardens are separate and private and not overlooked. Other things to note Our NO PETS policy is purely because the property is unsuitable for pets, it is reverse accommodation and there is an open tread staircase which can be scary for some pets, the garden is not securely fenced or "attached" to the property. We strictly adhere to this policy to allow for our guests who have allergies to be confident in their accommodation. We send comprehensive arrival DIRECTIONS and details about the area to all our guests BY EMAIL, it is advised that you follow the arrival directions that we send. Some guests who have relied on SAT NAV alone have managed to get a bit lost ! The last part of your journey is a pretty country lane into the farm, it is narrow but the only oncoming traffic will be us ! There are passing places. The farm is rural and in the middle of the lovely Cornish countryside and has no passing traffic, no noisy machinery or street lights (apart from the outside lights on the cottage) and it is perfectly peaceful, a fair trade for living at the end of a county lane we think. Although rural, we are very central and exploring all parts of Cornwall is easy, many guests have commented on how good our location has been for them.
