The house of Monte Ricco

Three-room apartment located in the center of Pieve di Cadore, along the slopes of the Monte Ricco and a few steps away from the house of Titian Vecellio and the homonymous square. It's also 200 meters away from the cycle path "Lunga via delle Dolomiti". The space The apartment enjoys a marvelous view going from the Civetta mountain to the Marmarole group, passing through the Pelmo and the Antelao peaks. Outside the main communication routes, it guarantees a peaceful stay and in just few minutes on foot it's possible to reach the suggestive Roccolo park, crossed by paths for comfortable, exciting and colorful walks. Inside the park, the children can find the famous Santa Claus cottage and the magical Library of the Gnomes. The heights around are characterized by the presence of the remains of two military fortifications dating back to the First World War, one of which, the Monte Ricco one, is recently restored and hosts interesting and prestigious contemporary art exhibitions. Other things to note From 1 June 2019 the Municipality of Pieve di Cadore with DGC 25.02.2019, n. 9 introduced the tourist tax established in the amount of €. 1.00 (one / 00) per person for each overnight stay. Children up to the age of 14 (fourteenth) year of age, persons with disabilities who are not self-sufficient, patients who are treated in health facilities located in the Municipality of Pieve di Cadore are exempt from paying the tourist tax. The tax is applied up to a maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights and is collected at the time of check-in by the host who issues a specific numbered and nominative receipt to the guest.
