The Jolly is a light and sea-airy modern two bedroom cottage with off-road parking and a sunny enclosed garden. Each bedroom has a super comfy kingsize bed with upstairs family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. A well equipped kitchen leads through to the spacious living room with Smart TV, DVD and iPod dock. Doors open onto a patio with seating, ice cooler and barbecue. Located on a peaceful private road, it's great for children and dogs and just a ten minute stroll from the beach and harbour. The space Our cottage's peaceful location on a private road with friendly neighbours makes it a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, just ten minutes' walk away so you don't need a car once you've arrived. There's even a secret off-road walk to the beach which we reveal in our guest manual. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, garden and parking space. Other things to note We use a key safe so you're free to check in at your convenience, any time from 3pm.
