Can accommodate large trailers. A touch of western lore, located midway between Denver and Kansas City and situated on the Solomon river valley. This house is stocked with amenities Grocery 2 blocks away. 3 TV’s, WIFI and Roku. Ceiling fans and floor fans for your comfort. USB plugs in house. The space This home is an old farmhouse style in many ways. If it's quiet you want, you will find that here. You will see the stars, hear coyotes, see deer, you can even hear the wind blow. We consist of wheat fields and cows. Parking on street and along entire west side of house. Can accommodate any size trailer. We are on pavement except actual driveway. Guest access ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! You are welcome to drink a beer on the porch, visit, etc.., no music from vehicles or elsewhere, noise must be kept to a minimum as this is a residential neighborhood. Please use your best judgement. Other things to note We are RURAL and only 33 miles from I70. This is country... no malls, no concerts, and no corporate restaurants. No mountain view or beaches, just cows and wheat fields. Please be prepared for inclement weather conditions. We can receive large hail and tornados in the summer. Blizzards in the winter.I have tried to include a FULLY stocked house for your needs.
