Search "Seven Points Studio Walkthrough" on YouTube The space The Seven Points Studio offers a newly renovated cozy efficiency studio space with Vaulted Ceilings, Brand New 65" Roku TV (with DirecTV, Netflix and Disney+), Hanging Closet, Full Kitchen, Coffee Maker and Comfy Queen Bed. Stretch out and relax in the luxurious and beautiful fully restored and re-enameled pedestal bathtub that is 100+ years old! Guest access Guests will enjoy a private driveway/parking, outdoor brick walkway from the driveway to their own private entrance to the Seven Points Studio. The pool is available only for guests staying and we usually have it opened by Memorial Day Weekend, feel free to message and ask if we have it ready sooner though! Other things to note The space has an oven/stove and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need of you decide to cook instead of eating out. Stocked with paper plates and silverware for your needs. Also we offer coffee, sugar and mugs for that early morning jolt of caffeine! We also keep a few Cokes and Diet Cokes for you in the mini fridge.
