Search "Seven Points Studio Walkthrough" on YouTube The Seven Points Studio offers a newly renovated cozy efficiency studio space with Vaulted Ceilings, Brand New 65" Roku TV (with DirecTV, Netflix and Disney+), Hanging Closet, Full Kitchen, Coffee Maker and Comfy Queen Bed. Stretch out and relax in the luxurious and beautiful fully restored and re-enameled pedestal bathtub that is 100+ years old! Guests will enjoy a private driveway/parking, outdoor brick walkway from the driveway to their own private entrance to the Seven Points Studio. In the spring and summer months cool off by taking a dip in the swimming pool! Guests will enjoy limited interaction with the host during their stay. The unit is located above the host's two car detached garage. Private parking will be just outside the garage itself in the back private driveway. Host is ready to help with any questions you may have about the area or things to do and is just a phone call or text away! The Seven Points Studio is located behind a beautifully restored Victorian home in the historic Seven Points area of Florence. The neighborhood joins the beautiful area adjacent to the University and is rich with history and has many beautifully restored homes within walking distance. If you are driving you can get to downtown or the UNA campus in 2-3 minutes. If you walk or bike it will be about 12-20 minutes depending on your pace. UNA has a beautiful walking campus and REAL lions as mascots in a wonderful enclosure on campus!! The space has an oven/stove and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need of you decide to cook instead of eating out. Stocked with paper plates and silverware for your needs. Also we offer coffee, sugar and mugs for that early morning jolt of caffeine! We also keep a few Cokes and Diet Cokes for you in the mini fridge.
