Papa Franks House is a spacious, private countryside home for up to 8 guests, located between Slovenia’s oldest town Ptuj (10 min) and the city of Maribor (30 min). Whether you’re planning relaxed days in nature, long dinners on the terrace or cozy evenings by the fire – this is a place where guests slow down and feel at home. House layout Ground floor: - Bathroom with shower, hot water, towels, hair dryer and toiletries - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, cookware, dishes) JBL Partybox, board games and toys for children - Large terrace with dining table, seating area and open views First floor: - Bedroom 1: king-size bed (sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: king-size bed + 2 single beds (+ sofa bed if needed) Outside: - Outdoor kitchen with dining table and charcoal/wood grill - Fire pit with wooden benches and available firewood Guest access You’ll have the entire house and all outdoor areas to yourself: the house interior, terrace, outdoor kitchen, garden and fire pit. There are no permanently living direct neighbours, so you can fully enjoy your privacy. Other things to note Standard check-in: after 5:00 PM Check-out: before 10:00 AM (Early check-in may be possible on request.) Guest registration is required by local regulations – please bring a valid ID. Tourist tax applies and is payable on arrival (according to local law): - 1.5€ per day per person, - 0.75€ for person under 18 and - 0€ for children under 7)
