Our guest apartment, renovated in 2019, is located in an apartment building on the ground floor. It consists of a hallway, bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen as well as a small conservatory. The space The living room is equipped with a dining table for 4 people and a corner couch with sleeping function for the 3rd person. Guest access The guest apartment can be reached via the general staircase. It is located opposite the house entrance door. Other things to note You will be staying in an area characterized by living space. In the house, there is a foot care with a nail studio as well as a cosmetic studio. If you are interested, I can gladly provide the phone numbers. Since 01.01.2024, an accommodation tax has been payable for overnight stays in Chemnitz hotels, pensions and apartments. This is 5% of the travel price and is payable in addition to the nightly rate. Exempt from the tax are, for example, children, guests with disabilities and guests staying for the purpose of pre-vocational training or study.
