Badami can perhaps be described as Hampi's calmer cousin. It offers equally easy access to all the tourist attractions, but from a more serene home base. Agastya Villa is a cosy and comfortable home in Badami with quirky decor and a splendid mountain view. Drinks at the terrace lounge, homegrown food, treks and heritage walks in the vicinity - these are some of the experiences guests speak highly of, when staying here. The space We are happy to show our guests around, and help with tour packages as well! This is a pet-friendly property, however, pets are allowed at an additional cost of Rs. 500 + taxes, per pet, per night. The Space: Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOMS - 1 bedroom is accessible to guests. - The bedroom is based on Ground floor. - It has a king-size bed, an AC, a luggage rack and an attached bathroom. - It offers a garden view. BATHROOMS - There is an attached bathroom. - It has a geyser and towels. COMMON AREAS - The living room has a TV and seats 7 people comfortably. - It also has a sofa-bed. - The dining area seats 4 people. - There is a lawn, with outdoor seating for 4 people. - There is a bar on the terrace. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a refrigerator and a microwave. - It can also be used for meal preparations at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. - Crockery and cutlery are available. Guest access The guests have access to their room and the common areas. Accessing the utility kitchen on the ground floor is not allowed. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note With us so far? You might be keen to know more about... MEALS - Guests can choose to eat out or order from nearby restaurants. - Cooking of non vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering-in is allowed. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can carry board games to play indoors. Nearby, they can enjoy outdoor activities such as rock climbing, trekking and heritage tours. Guests can also go out to take a soothing walk in nature and embrace its beauty. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - If only one room is booked, you may be sharing the common areas with other guests. - There are up to four CCTV cameras installed around the villa, including the terrace, for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the inverter only supports basic appliances. - The caretaker resides nearby and is available to help guests in the daytime only. - Toiletries are not provided. Guests are requested to carry their own essentials. - A cook is available to prepare meals from 6 AM to 9 PM. - For parking space, there is a separate shelter beside the villa. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as BSNL work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bar beverages from the menu can be provided at an additional cost.
