Agastya Villa is a cosy and comfortable home in Badami with quirky decor and a splendid mountain view. To that effect, we provide - Inverter - AC, WiFi - Iron, torch - Geysers, towels - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Separate utensils for pure vegetarian food - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars This is a pet-friendly property, however, pets are allowed at an additional cost of Rs. 500 + taxes, per pet, per night. The Space: Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOM - There is 1 bedroom. - The bedroom is based on First floor. - AC and attached bathroom are offered in a room. - Room have king-sized bed. -  The room offer a garden view.  - There is a luggage rack in each bedroom.  BATHROOM - There is 1 bathroom and it's attached.  - A bathroom have geyser and towel. COMMON AREAS - The living room has a TV and seats 7 people comfortably. - It also has a sofa-bed. - The dining area seats 4 people.  - There is a bar on the terrace. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a refrigerator and a microwave. - It can also be used for meal preparations at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. - Crockery and cutlery are available. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Accessing the utility kitchen on the ground floor is not allowed. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note With us so far? You might be keen to know more about... MEALS - Guests can choose to eat out or order from nearby restaurants. - Cooking of non vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering-in is allowed. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.  ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can carry board games to play indoors. Nearby, they can enjoy outdoor activities such as rock climbing, trekking and heritage tours. Guests can also go out to take a soothing walk in nature and embrace its beauty. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! There are up to four CCTV cameras installed around the villa, including the terrace, for security purposes. In case of a power outage, the inverter only supports basic appliances.  The caretaker resides nearby and is available to help guests in the daytime only. Toiletries are not provided. Guests are requested to carry their own essentials. A cook is available to prepare meals from 6 AM to 9 PM. For parking space, there is a separate shelter beside the villa.  WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. Mobile networks such as BSNL work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bar beverages from the menu can be provided at an additional cost.
