Unique location by the waterside! This home is for rent for weekends, short or long term stays. Charming house, 'The Copper Goat', well located between amazing views on the water and the many boats passing by, the old charming village of Kanne and its castle, and the green hills. For 6 to 8 people (max. 10 if kids). You are very close to Maastricht, Liege, Aachen, Tongeren, Hasselt. Nice restaurants and bars in the village, and a small yacht club around the corner. Warm and luxuriously equipped. The space The house has been fully renovated in 2016-2017. Lots of light. Stylish and warm interior to make you feel at home. Excellent beds, linnen included. There is enough space for each of you to find their spot in the sofa's or at the dining table. All comfort available inside and outside: dish washer, microwave, BBQ, plenty of seating room for 8 people. 2 big bedrooms with boxsprings, a third floor with 2-4 sleeping spaces. 2 bathrooms (bath and shower). 2 toilets. Nice garden with a trampoline and enough space for kids to run around, there is even fence all around, so they are safe. An attractive terrace to enjoy the scenery and eat outside with the whole group/family (BBQ available). Bikes, motorbikes and even your car can be parked safely behind the fence. You will be charmed by the views from any room. The view from the terrace is magnificent, you can see and hear the water and plenty of boats passing by. Guest access The whole house and garden is fully yours, so you have 100% privacy. The host will only be there only upon arrival and departure. Other things to note All beds are provided with linens. Extra bed linen will be provided for stays longer than one week. Bath towels are also provided for each guest. Als kitchen linnen and dishwasher equipment included. End-of-stay cleaning is always done by the owner, see additional price. We have renovated and decorated this house with lots of love and care, and we want our guests to enjoy this as well. At every stay, we hand over the house completely to our guests. Hence the home is not suitable for bachelor parties or wild orgies :-). Thanks for your understanding.
