Our old mill, completely renovated into a comfortable and spacious family cottage, awaits you. A pretty river to cool off in runs through the property, classified as an LPO refuge and "Haven of Wildlife". At the water's edge, you can enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature. Discoveries, games and walks await you. The space Former water mill, the large gîte is yours for the duration of your stay. Close to the cycling and walking routes of the Pays Mellois, in a bucolic setting, where a pretty river meanders, in the heart of a "haven of wildlife", it is an ideal place to rest. The wooded areas and banks promote the tranquility of the wildlife that you can observe while appreciating the beauty of the place. Jacques and Nathalie will be happy to help you discover the astonishing secrets of this preserved nature. Restaurants, shops, local markets remain easily accessible by car. as well as the Marais Poitevin, the Futuroscope and other tourist places. A rich local heritage and numerous festivals enliven our region all year round. Guest access Access to the entire house on two floors and river views. It includes two large bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed each, with the possibility of an extra bed or baby bed. A space with bunk beds and a bedroom with a double bed.
