Note: Extensive cleaning between guests. Newly refurbished basement flat just 10 minutes walk to the East end of the city centre and 15 minutes walk to Waverley train station. New council regulations in July 2023 means there is now no free on street parking. The property comprises of two bedrooms-one room with super king bed and one with double bed-, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Close to tourist attractions- Holyrood Palace, the Parliament and Royal Mile are around 5 minutes walk. The space We are experienced Airbnb Superhosts and love to welcome visitors to the city. There is no parking available and parking in the city centre is extremely challenging. We recommend booking secure parking for the duration of your stay if bringing a car- although bag drops are still possible. The proximity to the city centre and transport links nearby mean that a car is not essential. Just 5 minutes walk from the flat is a large Sainsbury's supermarket at Meadowbank, where you can easily pick up food and drinks. There are a couple of cafes very close to the flat that open early morning (see information about the neighbourhood). Nearby you will find Easter Road, where you can buy freshly baked bread from Twelve Triangles. Guest access Guests have access to the flat via the common stairwell. The entire flat is available for guest use. Accessibility: Guests must use stairs in the main stairwell to access the flat, there is no ground floor access. Other things to note The health and well-being of our guests is important to us, so we have opted in to the AirBnB cleaning protocol. Please rest assured that we extensively clean the property before guests arrive, which is particularly important at this time. All bedding is professionally laundered, towels cleaned at a high temperature, all rooms are disinfected between guests, including but not limited to all door handles, light switches, remote controls. floors and surfaces.
