The space In order to guarantee peace and quiet, the Farm Stay is only reserved for adult guests or families with children over 12 years of age. The apartment is entirely at your disposal, accommodating up to 2 people. All rooms are air conditioned and wifi is free throughout the Agritourism. The private parking is a few meters from the entrance, very convenient for unloading luggage. The furniture is very comfortable and in warm colors and natural materials, in fir, pine and oak wood. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by stairs, measuring 75 square meters with an exclusive and independent entrance and is composed of: - living area with sofa with peninsula and flat screen TV-Netflix "HD 43"; - large fully equipped kitchen (tablecloths, glasses, cutlery, etc.), tables and chairs, coffee and tea machine with pods available for guests; - dishwasher with detergent, sugar, oil, salt, oil and vinegar, microwave; - two bedrooms with king size beds and bed topper (single beds or double beds at the guest's request), complete with bed linen, duvets, 2 pillows per guest; - bathroom with window, glass shower and heated towel rail; - the cleaning of the bedrooms and bathroom is carried out every day. - courtesy set, hairdryer, slippers; - washing machine with detergent; - large outside garden with tables and chairs for guests; - autonomous heating, mosquito nets in all windows; The Fondo Gioconda Farm Stay is easily reachable with your own means of transport. We are surrounded by countryside and the structure is not served by the public transport network, so to move around our area and reach Venice, Treviso or other beautiful places you need your own car, motorbike or bicycle. If you are travelling by plane we suggest you rent a car at Marco Polo Airport in Venice or at Canova Airport in Treviso. If you are travelling by train we recommend that you stop at the Mestre train station, rent a car and come to us. The Quarto d’Altino Train Station is about 4 km far from the Fondo Gioconda farmhouse. From here, trains take you directly to the Venezia Santa Lucia rail station, in the historic center of Venice.
