Spacious and dog-friendly barn in quiet location

Gorgeous studio barn with high ceilings located in a quiet location with your own private access to a peaceful sunny dog-fenced orchard for your use. I am a superhost. Sitting room area with little Everhot stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a huge shower and a mezzanine bedroom with a handmade bed with beautiful linen and a down duvet. Close to Clare, Bury, Newmarket and Long Melford with walks on the doorstep. Please note I live on the property too so you will see me and my dogs. The space The barn is airy with high ceilings, yet cosy, and equipped to a very high standard. The bed is handmade and supremely comfortable, occupying a mezzanine floor with a view of the main 16th century farmhouse. The bathroom is spacious and has a HUGE shower. A cosy sitting area with a mini Everhot stove is a perfect place to chill after a busy day out. A dishwasher and washing machine make it an easy place to stay for a while! I was a superhost but lost it recently as I didn’t let the barn for six months while I was having work done. So I still am really! Guest access The stunning, HUGE fenced and dog-proof orchard is yours to use privately while you are here. It is incredible to have this much space to yourself. There are tables and chairs, plenty of shady trees, and it’s an idyllic location to while away an afternoon. I am letting it grow wild this year with paths mown through it which are beautiful. The entire grounds are dog- proof too. My dogs may wander over to say hi but they are very small and friendly! Other things to note The barn has been renovated recently and is in tip-top condition which makes it a gorgeous place to stay. I was a superhost for some years as I used to let my house in London - and will continue to look after guests in Suffolk! It is 6 minutes from a local shop and 15 from supermarkets. Lovely walk through fields on the doorstep. Great pubs are within ten minutes. Please contact me with any questions.
