The property consists of two private villas, the main building with four spacious suites, and a brand-new residence with four ultra-modern suites introduced in July 2025. Each villa covers 130 sq.m. over two levels and features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a generous living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a front terrace with outdoor seating. The original suites in the main building measure 70 sq.m. each, offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen for up to five guests. The newest suites are even larger at 80 sq.m. each, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a stylish living room with sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen and both front and rear terraces. Directly in front of this new wing, an impressive 25-meter pool completes the upgraded experience. In front of the main building lies the central swimming pool with pool bar, reserved exclusively for guests of the complex. Here, refreshing drinks and light snacks are served daily, making this spot the perfect meeting place, whether lounging by the poolside sunbeds or enjoying a casual drink at the shaded tables. All facilities and services at Zantesuites are reserved exclusively for our guests. By keeping access private, we ensure that every visitor enjoys a peaceful and secure environment, with no outside interruptions. Guest access Zantesuites is conveniently located just 18 km (around 25 minutes by car) from Zakynthos International Airport “Dionysios Solomos.” The property is also 15 km (20 minutes) from the port of Agios Nikolaos and approximately 14 km (20 minutes) from the main port of Zakynthos Town. Within walking distance, guests can reach the central road of Alikanas with its shops, restaurants and bars in just 7 minutes, while the organized sandy beach is only 3 minutes away. Its location makes the complex easily accessible while at the same time offering peace, privacy and a truly relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. Other things to note Exclusive facilities: All pools, the bar, and amenities are for the exclusive use of Zantesuites guests only, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Quiet hours: To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Cleaning & linen: Bath towels, pool towels and bed linens are provided. We provide one full linen and towel change per week, along with daily room tidying to ensure your comfort. Should you wish to have additional linen or towel changes during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange it. Parking: Free private parking is available on-site. Transfers: Airport and port transfers can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. Safety: Please supervise children at all times around the pools. Pets/parties: Pets are not allowed.
