Our lovely guest room is a newly renovated, ground floor entrance, ensuite space, which sleeps 2. Exclusive off street parking included. Access to a well-equipped kitchen, Tea & coffee making facilities, induction hob, full size fridge with freezer space, toaster. The lovely Minnis Bay is about 5 mins walk from here where there is a pub. The train station is 5 mins walk in the other direction. Dreamland is only 2 stops on the train. Please note we don't allow charging of vehicles. The space The room has a newly installed ensuite and new central heating, so is ideal for holidays throughout the year. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The room is light and airy as it is double aspect. The bedroom is a really comfortable space, with a flat screen TV on the wall, and tea and coffee making facilities. this includes ground coffee and a cafetiere. If you are travelling with children please let us know as there is only a double bed in the room currently. We cannot unfortunately provide any other bedding so we kindly ask if you can bring bedding (blow up mattress and sheets/duvets etc) with you. If you are travelling with children of course you are welcome, we just need to know in advance to clear the space- for your information we would have to remove the dressing table and chair. We have ultra fast up to 500mbps Fibre Broadband, and will let you know the password on arrival. The bedroom is double aspect so it's light and airy. Guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen including a sink, hob, microwave for heating food if you need to. There is also a full size fridge with freezer space, along with a toaster. All cutlery and crockery are provided. Basic condiments ( salt pepper and oil) are included. The 32" TV has a firestick which will allow you to log in to your own Netflix/Disney etc. Please be mindful of the fact that we live in the house (myself, my wife and our son). We all go to work and school etc so the mornings can be busy, however we try our utmost to be as quiet as we possibly can. Please bear this in mind when booking. The patio in front of the guest suite includes the bistro set - which is for guest use only - is part of our main front drive, and occasionally will have cars parking. Please note the ensuite toilet is a macerator type which I have sound proofed as much as possible. This is activated when using the shower or sink also. We can also highlight the fact that guests can self check in without any interaction with us if required. Dreamland is only 12 mins on the train. Washing machine use: For guests staying a little longer we can offer a wash and dry service if we are around during your stay. For a single load wash and dry we charge £15. we supply the washing powder. Payment to be made to us directly before the wash. please note this doesn't include ironing. PETS: please note we charge an extra £25 per stay for bookings less than 7 nights. The pet price for longer stays over 7 nights is charged £25 per rounded up week (for maximum 2 pets). For example, a 12 night stay is an extra £50. A 17 night stay is an extra £75. Please let me know when you book if you plan on bringing your pet(s). I can alter the Airbnb price to include this, or you can pay me when you arrive. Prices for more than 2 pets is multiplied. i.e. 3 pets for 7 nights is £50. Many thanks for your understanding.
