The cozy balcony with a small view, on the left of Lake Constance, gives the holiday a special feeling. The apartment is only 600 m away from the marina Wallhausen and Lake Constance, where you can walk on the waterfront, sunbathe in the park or take a bath at the beach for cooling off. A beer garden, restaurants and small shops are located in the immediate vicinity. The island of Mainau is also a few minutes away by car. The city of Konstanz can be reached in about 15 minutes (14 km) by car in about 15 minutes (14 km). A bus connection is only 5 min away on foot. The approximately 66 m2 apartment consists of two bedrooms with a large cozy 160 x 200cm bed and in the other room with a 140 x 200cm bed. In both bedrooms is a comfortable wardrobe and a TV. In the living room there is a cozy leather couch, large dining table with chairs and plenty of space to linger. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a hallway, a bright modern bathroom and a beautiful balcony. All rooms have heating. The floor is occupied in the living room and in the bedrooms with ship parquet floor, in the bathroom, hallway and kitchen. The apartment has a cable TV in the two bedrooms. Iron and ironing board are present. In order to make your stay uncomplicated, there are several free parking places in front of the house. BEDROOM In the first bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed (1,60 x 2.00 m) and a big closet. A TV is also a must. (incl. Ironing board and iron) In the second room there is a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed and a wardrobe. This room also has its own TV. On request, a baby bed can be placed! Our little guests (babies) are also provided with a rice bed + mattress. A high chair for shared food is also ready for you. LIVING ROOM In the living room there is a cozy sofa, a reading corner and another sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for one person. The room also has access to the cozy balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture. The room offers a cozy dining table with four comfortable chairs. At breakfast you can enjoy the great view. KITCHEN / HALLWAY The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking. There is, among other things, a large fridge/freezer, stove and oven, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. We provide you with the first capsules for free. You can also buy additional capsules inexpensively. BATHROOM The modern brightly tiled bathroom with towel radiator offers a walk-in shower, toilet and large sink. A hair dryer is of course also available. The atmosphere is underlined by the halogen lights specially integrated in the ceiling. * **The apartment is ready to move into like a hotel suite! All necessary utensils such as bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, Nespresso capsules for the first day (others can be brought yourself or purchased compatible capsules in Konstanz), dish soap and toilet paper are provided. All you have to do is bring your suitcase. If you want to go bathing, you should bring your own bath towels, the utensils provided by us can only be used within the apartment. Naturally, all textile washes are hygienically washed and prepared.*** Guest access Private access to the entire apartment. Guests live absolutely alone in the 3-bedroom apartment with extra bathroom and extra kitchen. Other things to note Since the city of Konstanz requires a tourist tax of 2.20 euros per person (from 16 years) per day, this tax is added to the daily price.
