This roomy contemporary solar powered duplex unit with EV charger is on a quiet street in Boise's North End. It's an easy walk to Hyde Park or Albertson's Marketplace. Covered off-street parking, all kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, ample closets, and private covered patio make it an excellent choice for longer stays. The space The unit is the southside unit of a duplex that has been updated with newer appliances, granite countertops, wood laminate and tile floors throughout. The other side serves as Karen's quilting studio; very quiet! The entry is on the south side of the unit and features a private covered patio with a table and chairs. Forced air heating and air conditioning, fiber Gigabit internet. HP printer and a 4K HDR TV are included. Guest access You have access to the entire unit as well as your own two space carport on the alley. This is a one level unit with easy access, no stairs. Other things to note There are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. An additional twin bed can be set up if you need a third bed. Please let us know when you book if you will need the twin bed so we can have it set up. The covered patio/entry provides a shaded outdoor space, but because it is adjacent to the house and covered, is not suitable for barbecuing. The front windows have a reflective coating that allows you light and a view of the neighborhood while providing privacy to you during the day. In addition, cellular shades are provided on these and all the windows. The home is only a couple of blocks from the road to Bogus Basin Ski and Recreation area. Check out the summer activities happening there as well as winter ski season.
