Welcome to Domaine Coat Rogan in Pommerit-Jaudy, ideally located 6 km from Tréguier, 15 km from Paimpol, 17 km from Perros Guirec and only 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Côtes d'Armor. We invite you to stop for a moment of relaxation and gourmet food in one of our 4 cottages or one of our 4 guest rooms, including a family space for 5 people (2 adults and 3 children). The space A family space for 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) which is on the second floor of our beautiful home. It is accessible by a spiral staircase, you will arrive at the top of the mezzanine where there is a small living room, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. 3 bedrooms, the first one for the parents with a 160 x 200 bed, then two adjoining bedrooms including a 140 x 200 bed for 2 children and a bed for one person, one child, and finally a crib for a baby. In the bathroom, there is a changing table and a safety gate for the stairs. Please do not run on this floor as this may disturb the people below. Thank you for your understanding. No pets allowed on this floor. In an authentic and relaxing setting surrounded by greenery, all the comfort and well-being are available, the outdoor jacuzzi to relax and enjoy this beautiful region of Brittany. For a moment of conviviality, come and eat at our table d'hôtes, breakfasts and dinners made by Antoine, a professional cook. Guest access The estate offers 4 cottages in a peaceful environment, in the quiet of the countryside, chic and wooded. - The Yec'hed mat gîte, a 130 m² Breton house composed of 3 bright bedrooms upstairs, can accommodate up to 6 people. - 3 adjoining cottages of 50 m² (the Armor cottage, the Hermine cottage and the Triskell cottage), accommodating up to 4 people. You can stroll through the different parts of the estate such as the vegetable garden, the large green space, enjoy the deckchairs and barbecues provided, and also relax in the outdoor jacuzzi (by reservation). Our hot tub is located in the garden of the Domaine. It is open from April to October, until 10pm. The water temperature varies between 36 and 38 degrees. It is best to book your one-hour slot, to enjoy a moment of rest and relaxation with the songs of the birds just the two of you. It is recommended not to stay more than 30 minutes in the Jacuzzi and is forbidden for pregnant women in the first trimester as there may be a risk of miscarriage, it is also forbidden for children under 10 years old. We provide bathrobes and it is imperative that you take a quick shower in your room before entering the hot tub. During your stay We will be there to welcome you to our Estate, discuss and advise you on visiting the surroundings. We are close to Tréguier (10 min) and the Pink Granite Coast. 20 min from Port Blanc, Plougrescant, Paimpol, Lannion and Guingamp and 30 min from Perros Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel. Other things to note For the night of December 31, this includes the night + breakfast and dinner (appetizer, starter, main course, dessert and a glass of champagne) for 2 adults, it will be necessary to add extra for children. We ask about allergies as well as foods you don't like and you'll discover the menu during dinner. It is not possible to bring your own alcohol. We welcome you every evening at our table d'hôtes, by reservation (no later than the day before). You have the option to start with an aperitif on the terrace and enjoy the environment and the calm of the estate. Then, I invite you to enter our small dining room and sit at the table of your choice in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Antoine, former chef and owner, will cook you fresh, local and seasonal products. When booking, remember to let us know if you have any food allergies or foods you don't like.
