A Stepping Stone to Blue Ridge is a wonderful like new cabin in a peaceful & beautiful forest setting. You'll feel close to nature and a million miles away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life in this 3 bedroom 2 bath cozy log cabin. In the mood for adventure? There is much to do in our area. There are nature trails for hiking, many with beautiful waterfalls. We have fishing, boating, kayaking, & tubing, all ll kinds of shopping, a scenic train tour, orchards, and even a drive-in movie! The space Our cabin sleeps six guests in three bedrooms: The upstairs master bedroom has a king size log bed, TV with DirecTV, private bath, and a breathtaking view. The two main level bedrooms both offer queen size beds. One main level bedroom has access to the screened-in deck. There’s a TV with DVD player in one of the main level bedrooms. Both bathrooms feature tub/shower, granite counter-tops, oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and plenty of storage space. The cabin has a nice sized wide open floor plan, with colorful decor that beautifully compliments all-wood interior. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and also the family room . The family room features a beautiful wood burning fireplace that is rocked from first to second floor, and is open to the loft above. The loft offers a relaxing atmosphere for some quiet time for reading, writing, art, or puzzles. However there is also a game table with four chairs if you're in the mood for some family board games. The kitchen is not only a beautiful space but is well appointed with plenty of dishes and serving ware. When it comes to small appliances there are many, such as an electric skillet, a mixer, a blender, a slow cooker, etc. And as far as my favorite subject, "coffee" :-) we offer a pod-type Keurig brand coffee brewer or an automatic drip-type coffee maker. There are multiple areas in which to dine with a beautiful round wood grain table with 4 cabin themed cushioned chairs inside, and both a 2 and a 4 seat high-top tables on the screened in covered deck. The deck is also equipped with Weber brand charcoal grill so you can cook outside rain or shine. Enjoy the beautiful Georgia sunsets from the brand new open covered deck and make sure to enjoy the warmth of the new wood burning fireplace in the cool evening air!!
