Ideal for your tourist stay in Côtes d'Armor and your business trips on Saint Brieuc , our quiet duplex loft will allow you to have a pleasant stay! Freshly renovated, it is fully furnished and equipped for your utmost comfort! :) The space You will have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. We also provide you with condiments for cooking as well as coffee or tea for your breakfast! : ) For your meals, we have already set the table for your arrival. You can also enjoy the living room with the sofa and the overhead projector already connected (with wifi box)! Upstairs you will find the bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, a desk and a dresser for your linen. The bed will already be ready for your stay! :) The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a vanity with a large mirror and toilet. We put the towels on the towel warmer as well as hygiene products on the vanity! :) In addition, you can access the laundry room located in the entrance of the residence (with washing machine and dryer).
