This holiday house was with sustainable materials and is well isolated. The property covers 1800 square meters and offers a lot of privacy. The house is surrounded by a large terrace made out of hardwood, which is located 80 centimeters above the ground level so you have a beautiful view over the lake and there is always a windless place to enjoy the sun. There is also a boat available and a private pier with a matching table and sofa where one can relax and enjoy a sunset or try to catch fish. The space The cottage consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed that can also be used as a bedroom, a souterrain where one can always sleep in a cool place in case of enormous heat. Furthermore, it has a bedroom upstairs with a wonderful view over the garden and lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with, amongst other, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave/oven, 5-burner stove including a wok burner. Finally there is a badroom located next to the entrance hall consisting of a hanging toilet, shower and sink. Furthermore, the accommodation recently has its own boat, which can be used in consultation with the host and for a fee.
