CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR for special reservation ->ask. *** BB BED IN ADDITION CAPACITY AVAILABLE The space The cottage is located in Porcheresse (6929 Daverdisse) in the Province of Luxembourg and has private parking that can accommodate up to 4 cars. It is surrounded by large green spaces and FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN ONLY (NOT FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE) AND FOR OUR TWO GITES THE PROVISION of our free PRIVATE PERSONAL POOL according to the schedule established for each and open in season from late May to mid-September, according to weather conditions. You have free private parking. The accommodation includes a super-equipped kitchen, a living room (rest area/TV and dining area), a laundry room with washer and dryer, 4 bedrooms (MANDATORY bed linen rental €10/15/bed occupied), two bathrooms with shower, including one on the ground floor. Central heating in all rooms + cassette fireplace in the living room with the possibility of buying Jumbo pellets. Walking, jogging and mountain biking on marked trails in the forests. Fishing in the Almache and Our streams. Visits to the hoof museum, water pump and historic War 14-18 circuit. Many walks in nature marked in all seasons; you can listen to the deer's slab in time. You will reach our villages of Graide (Jardin des Hiboux), Redu (book village and space center), Tellin (Musée de la Cloche) as well as our towns of Bouillon (Semois kayak, castle, archaeoscope, animal park), Han-sur-Lesse and Rochefort (Lesse kayak, wonderful caves and animal park), Saint-Hubert and its cathedral, Dinant (Meuse cruise and citadel). The cities of Durbuy and La Roche are about 50 km away. Sedan and Givet (France) between 30 and 40 km. Charleroi Airport (70 km) and Brussels Zaventem (120 km). Train: Brussels – Namur – Dinant – Libramont line (Graide Station stop) Guest access Access to every room shown. Other things to note - Bedding: (required) €10-15€/bed - Pets: €15/Animal In consultation with the owner Guest access The laundry room with the washing machine and dryer is accessible, but we ask that you use the appliances only during the day between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. in order to keep an ecological aspect and reduce your electricity costs Shoe washing and drying is strictly prohibited in our appliances! Other things to note - FUNERALS OF MAIDEN LIFE OR LIFE OF GARCONS, 'beveries' are PROHIBITED!!! We do not put everyone' in the same bag' but we will be uncompromising because we are particularly tired of the disrespect of certain groups of young people in particular from the Netherlands (3 bad experiences in 7 years against 0 for other nationalities!!! ) who come to make an orgy of alcohol and leave the accommodation upside down! We remind you that the accommodation must be in a decent state because other people often arrive the same day! - Bed linen extra €10/15 per occupied bed: Required to be paid before the stay. - PETS: €15/pet In consultation with the landlord: €150 additional deposit. - Sunday: checkout allowed in consultation with the host, possible in some cases until 4pm (for weekend booking in low season only). - No outside noise after 10:30 p.m.; you are in a quiet village and neighbors are either also on vacation or working the next day. - Garbage sorting is mandatory; it's very simple, everything is indicated...if you don't do it and we have to do it again you will pay the fine because we have controls and risk seeing our garbage cans stay on the sidewalk if the sorting is not correct. - SWIMMING POOL: FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN ONLY (GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE NO LONGER ALLOWED!!!) free, provision of our private swimming pool under conditions of your sole responsibility and ACCOMPANIED children IN the swimming pool area delimited by a barrier and that for OUR TWO GITES according to the schedule established for each. Open in season from May to mid-September depending on weather conditions. - GUARANTEE/DEPOSIT Collected by the host only: 350 euros + 100/150 if pet and/or summer stay, Christmas, New Year and resident outside Belgium. In case of damage or disappearance of equipment in the home/terrace, pool there will be no discussion, you may be charged up to €500. - The use of electricity, heating and water consumption will be managed as a good family man. If not, surcharges may apply, including charges for vehicles or electric bikes.
