Home in Arriate

Casa Blas is part of the La Esperanza Rural Accommodation complex in the municipality of Arriate, in the Serranía de Ronda (Malaga). This Accommodation is 100% adapted for people with reduced mobility or some kind of handicap, making it an element that sets it apart from other existing Rural Houses. This project is led by Blas, a young Arriateño who wanted to remove all the barriers that he finds every time he visits a tourist establishment. The space The house has a capacity of 2 to 5 and has 2 double rooms, living-dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, adapted bathroom and the possibility of putting 1 extra beds. They also have a private terrace with furniture and barbecue. It has central heating, A/C, and Wi-Fi. Guest access Each house is independent, they only share an adapted pool as well as gardens and an outdoor toilet. Other things to note So that we can say that they are 100% adapted, we have studied in depth the rules for accessibility and adaptation in infrastructure, urban planning and construction. We have also taken into account all the necessary requirements so that the furniture, the equipment with which each house is equipped, accesses and common areas are accessible to people who need a wheelchair to get around.
