Aradena Traditional Houses complex is placed on the south side of the White Cretan mountains and is part of the Aradena village, known from it's glorious past but also for its gorge.Our complex of 4 fully equipped rennovated Sfakian houses offers a luxurious and private retreat for both adventurous or relaxed travellers. Having the village as a starting point one can explore the surrounding area through hiking,trekking,skiing or climbing and enjoy the unique nature and cretan hospitality. The space The house #2 is found on the ground floor of a rennovated traditional Sfakian house.The house has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dinning and sitting area with fireplace and a spacious bathroom. There is also a separate double bedroom. The level is accessible directly from the property's ground garden area. The widely used traditional materials of wood and stone enhance the houses' warm feeling and cosiness. Apart from the traditional fireplace the house has an autonomous heating floor system and also AC units for both heating and cooling. There is also a spacious sheltered outdoor room that is called 'ontάs' in cretan and is used as an outdoor welcome/sitting area that defines the residence's arched entrance. Under the 'ontάs' there's also an outdoor dinning area and traditional wooden oven for our guests. Guest access All visitors have access to a communal garden and playground area.
