Rental unit in Chattanooga

Charming studio in the heart of North Chattanooga. Close to shops, parks, restaurants, & more. Open floor plan includes queen bed, futon, and kitchenette. Secure bike storage available upon request. Note: The hot tub that we used to offer for an additional fee is no longer available (the hot tub fee has been removed from the listing). The space The studio is nestled among large oak trees in one of Chattanooga's most desirable in-town neighborhoods. The setting is peaceful and convenient to all that Chattanooga has to offer. The studio is: -a ~5-min walk to Riverview Park and the shops and restaurants of Riverview. -a ~25-30-min walk or ~5-10-min drive to everything on the North Shore, including Coolidge and Renaissance Parks, the Walnut Street Bridge, and the shops and restaurants along Frazer Avenue. -a ~45-min walk or ~5-10-min drive to Downtown, Bluff View Arts District, and Ross' Landing. -less than a block from the full Ironman course. -a ~20-25 drive to the hiking trails and attractions on Signal and Lookout Mountains. Access is via an outdoor spiral staircase, and parking is plentiful and free on the street. We have neighbors close by and ask that guests are respectful of them (just no excessive noise or parties, please). We have two friendly dogs that are occasionally in the shared backyard, but they're never out unsupervised. Other things to note As mentioned elsewhere, street parking is free and plentiful. There is no off-street parking. Access is via an outdoor spiral staircase, and you must be able to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge/freezer, keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and single-burner induction cooktop. The maximum occupancy is two people, and the studio is unfortunately not child or pet friendly.
