The apartments are located in Kolbermoor (5km westbound of Rosenheim) in the new "Spinnereihof" at a famous location, called "Alte Spinnerei". Completely overequipped with big kitchen, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine with dryer (in the apartment) and a car parking space in the underground garage (where you can chain your (e-) bike to) within the building, reachable by a lift. Many shops, restaurants, Train station and many more within 500m distance. Guest access The check in process is 100% contact free and 24 hours a day possible via a pin code driven key safe. You'll get a pin code to open the key safe whenever you want. You can use it also as a safe key depot during you stay, when you are away from your apartment.
